Dan
Occupational Therapist
Dan is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist with over 10 years of clinical practice across a variety of settings, including rehabilitation, workplace rehabilitation, and disability services. Throughout his career, Dan has supported individuals with a wide range of diagnoses, including—but not limited to—spinal cord injuries, neurological conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, joint reconstructions, arthritis, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, psychosocial disability, anxiety, and depression.
Dan is known for his calm, approachable nature and his love for the outdoors—surfing, mountain biking, and exploring nature are just a few of his passions. He brings this same enthusiasm and energy into his practice, valuing the therapeutic relationship as a cornerstone of effective care.
With a strong foundation in client-centred and strengths-based approaches, Dan understands that meaningful outcomes are achieved through genuine connection and collaboration. He believes that no matter how technically skilled a therapist may be, without trust and rapport, progress will be limited.
Dan brings a creative, practical approach to therapy—leveraging each client’s unique strengths and interests to address areas of functional limitation. He is deeply passionate about empowering individuals to achieve greater independence to improve their overall quality of life.
Sushil
Occupational Therapist
Sushil brings 15 years of experience in Occupational Therapy, with a diverse clinical background spanning adult and paediatric services, mental health, assistive technology and neurodevelopmental disabilities.
Originally trained in Mumbai, India, Sushil moved to Australia approximately three years ago. Since then, he has gained valuable experience working across South Australia and Western Australia before making the move to New South Wales.
Throughout his career, Sushil has supported individuals with a wide range of needs, developing a versatile and practical approach to therapy. He is committed to continually expanding his clinical skills and has a particular interest in further developing his expertise in home modifications.
What truly drives Sushil is helping participants achieve meaningful outcomes that make a real difference in their everyday lives. He strongly believes that successful therapy starts with building genuine connections, taking the time to understand each person's goals, challenges and individual circumstances.
With a proven ability to establish strong therapeutic relationships, Sushil combines his extensive clinical experience with a compassionate, person-centred approach. He is passionate about empowering participants to build independence, improve their quality of life and achieve their personal goals.
Larissa
Therapy Assistant
Larissa is an experienced Therapy Assistant who brings a wealth of practical knowledge, compassion and enthusiasm to the Limitless Function Co team.
Having originally been trained and mentored by our Director and Occupational Therapist, Dan, many years ago, Larissa has developed a strong understanding of what makes therapy meaningful and effective. She truly embodies our company values of Connection, Compassion, Creativity and Skillfulness, bringing these qualities into every interaction.
Larissa believes that connection comes first. She has a natural ability to build rapport, make people feel comfortable and establish trusting relationships with participants and their families. From this foundation, she works closely with our Occupational Therapists to carefully and consistently implement tailored therapy strategies, helping participants build skills, confidence and independence in their everyday lives.
Larissa is a valued asset to our team, combining a warm and approachable personality with attention to detail and a genuine commitment to achieving positive outcomes.
As a Therapy Assistant, Larissa also plays an important role in helping NDIS participants maximise the value of their funding. Working under the guidance and supervision of our qualified Occupational Therapists, she can provide additional hands-on therapy and opportunities to practise skills at a more affordable hourly rate. Where clinically appropriate, this approach allows participants to access more frequent and consistent support, reinforcing therapy strategies and promoting meaningful progress towards their goals.
With Larissa, participants receive more than just therapy support – they gain a trusted, encouraging and dedicated person who is genuinely invested in their success.
Larissa
Administration Assistant
Larissa manages all our behind the scenes tasks, including scheduling and managing appointments.
Larissa has an easy going personality and loves travelling the world. She is lucky enough to share her administration role with a flight attendant role as well as being a mum to two young daughters. Larissa is well rehearsed in juggling multiple jobs at one time, so is well suited to manage our never ending administration tasks.
Amber
Administration Assistant
Amber is our friendly and highly organised Administration Assistant. Amber is often our first point in enquiries.
As a busy mum, she knows how to juggle competing priorities while remaining efficient, attentive and highly responsive. Her easy-going nature and commitment to providing high-quality service make her a valued member of the Limitless Function team and a warm welcoming point of contact for our clients, families and service partners.
