Assessment
We will come out to your home to assess your housing needs by determining how the environment limits your independence.
Report
We will then develop the required report. Whether the purpose is to access social housing, SDA and/or SIL (NDIS housing).
Transition to your new home
Once a new home is sourced, we will inspect the proposed home with you to ensure the home will meet your needs. If any home modifications are required, we will recommend what is required before you move to ensure a safe and smooth transition. This will ensure a full start-to-finish service is provided.
